Calgary Casino Party

We take our experience of hundreds of casino parties and use that to ensure the success of your rental casino party! We will not "set up a couple tables to look good at your event, we always set up the number of tables based on the number of guests you will have at your event.

Our Plan

Plan to succeed with one of our Corporate Casino Party Rentals. For 100 Guests we recommend having 8 Table Games and 4 slot machines requiring approximately 1,000 sq/ft. This Casino Party Package also includes full facilitation and hosting, dealers, set-up and take-down of all tables and gaming equipment and all casino accessories including funny money. The Casino Party is typically 2 hours and we are available to play longer if you wish at a discounted rate. You provide the prizes and we provide the fun. If the casino was to start at about 9pm and go until 11pm, then an auction or prizes would be after that and it would be very close to midnight before everything was done.

Our tables are standing height and skirted. Your guests would start off with $50,000 each and would all have millions by the end. We would supply 9 staff for this event including the Pit Boss and all the dealers. We require a deposit to reserve your winning day.

We recommend booking 3 to6 months in advance for peak Christmas season events. Off-season bookings can often be accommodated with shorter notice.

Each table requires about 100 square feet. A party of 100 guests would typically need around 1,000 square feet for setup and play space.

In Calgary we have done events at hotels like the Sandman Deerfoot, Delta Hotel south, Best Western Village Park Inn. Community halls like the Riverbend Community Centre and many others are fine. If you are looking for a venue that brings some flair to it there are a few to choose from, Heritage Park has a few venues, the Aero Space Museum is an interesting place and so is the Sirocco Golf Club.

Each table requires approximately 100 square feet of open space. For example, 3 tables with 2 slot machines (about 30 guests) need around 300 sq. ft., while 100 guests would typically require about 1,000 sq. ft. Extra indoor space is also needed to store equipment cases during the event.
